PPM-2008-44	Revitalize Iowa's Sound Economy (RISE) Application – City of Greene (Delegation) The Iowa Transportation Commission today approved a Revitalize Iowa's Sound Economy (RISE) Immediate Opportunity grant application submitted by the city of Greene . Up to $45,200 will be made available to assist in grading and paving an extension of Industrial Parkway from the end of the existing pavement west approximately 188 feet. PPM- 2008-45	Iowa Safe Routes to School Funding Recommendations – The Commission approved 10 non-infrastructure project recommendations totaling more than $587,000 and 13 infrastructure project recommendations totaling nearly $1.75 million. PPM- 2008-46	Statewide Transportation Enhancements Program Funding Recommendations - The Commission approved five trail and bicycle-facility projects totaling $2.7 million; five scenic and environmental projects totaling more than $1.3 million; and four historic and archaeological projects totaling more than $1.25 million.
