U.S. 59 and Cyclone Avenue intersection in Harlan will become a four-way stop

ATLANTIC, Iowa – The Iowa Department of Transportation’s (Iowa DOT) District 4 maintenance staff will be installing signs and warning devices to make the U.S. 59 and Cyclone Avenue intersection in Harlan a permanent four-way stop. The changes will occur Wednesday, June 4.

The Iowa DOT urges all motorists to use caution when entering the intersection during the transition.
