Proposed bridge deck overlay on U.S. 59 near Ida Grove to be discussed Feb. 18

AMES, Iowa – Feb. 4, 2010 – The Iowa Department of Transportation (DOT) will hold a public information meeting Thursday, Feb. 18, 2010, in Ida Grove to discuss the proposed bridge deck overlay on U.S. 59 over Odebolt Creek, 0.1 mile south of Iowa 175. The public is invited to attend the meeting anytime between 5 and 7 p.m. at the Ida Grove City Hall, 403 Third St.  

 

This public information meeting will be conducted utilizing an open forum format. No formal presentation will be made. Iowa DOT staff members will be present to discuss the project informally.

 

U.S. 59 traffic will be detoured on Iowa 175 and Ida County roads M-31 and D-54 during construction.
