I-29 interchange north of Salix to be discussed July 17

AMES, Iowa – July 5, 2012 – The Iowa Department of Transportation will hold a public information meeting Tuesday, July 17, to discuss the Interstate 29/260th Street/
Woodbury County Road D-51 interchange 1.8 miles north of Salix. 

The public is invited to attend the meeting anytime between 5 and 7 p.m. at the Salix Community Center, 317 Tipton St. 

This public information meeting will be conducted utilizing an open forum format. Iowa DOT staff will be present to informally discuss the proposed improvement. No formal presentation will be made.
