Davenport Driver’s License Station Being Relocated

AMES, Iowa – March 29, 2013 – The Iowa Department of Transportation is announcing that its driver’s license station at 2162 W Kimberly Road in Davenport will be permanently closed on Friday, April 5. The services are being relocated.

No driver’s license services will be available in Davenport on Saturday, April 6, due to the relocation activities.

The driver’s license station will reopen on Tuesday, April 9, at its new location --- 902 W Kimberly Road (U.S. 6), Suite 6D, in the Village Shopping Center. The entrance is located on the north or back side of the mall.

The Davenport driver’s license station will continue to be co-located with The County General Store, operated by the Scott County Treasurer’s Office, at its new location.
