Proposed improvements of Iowa 14 in Marshall and Grundy counties to be discussed July 17 in Conrad

AMES, Iowa – July 7, 2017 – The Iowa Department of Transportation will hold a public information meeting Monday, July 17, to discuss the proposed improvements of Iowa 14 from Marshall County Road E-18 to Iowa 175 in Grundy County.

Through traffic on Iowa 14 would be detoured, at times, during construction using Iowa 96, Marshall/Grundy County Road T-29, and Iowa 175. For more information, see the website listed below.

All interested persons are invited to attend this meeting anytime between 5 and 6:30 p.m. at BCLUW High School’s Commons, 610 E. Center St., in Conrad.

The meeting will be conducted utilizing an open forum format. Iowa DOT staff will be present to informally discuss the proposed improvements. No formal presentation will be made.
