Westbound lanes at the Gordon Drive viaduct in Sioux City temporarily closed and bridge weight restriction in place

SIOUX CITY, Iowa – May 21, 2024 – The westbound lanes along the Gordon Drive viaduct in Sioux City are temporarily closed for repairs. In addition, the bridge which carries Gordon Drive/Iowa 12 traffic has a 10-ton vehicle weight restriction in place for both east- and westbound lanes, according to the Iowa Department of Transportation’s District 3 Office.
