AMES, Iowa – According to the Iowa Department of Transportation (DOT), high winds and blowing snow are causing hazardous driving conditions and zero visibility in northeast Iowa. AMES, Iowa – The Iowa Transportation Commission today approved a Revitalize Iowa's Sound Economy (RISE) Immediate Opportunity grant application submitted by the city of Pleasantville.
