Southbound I-35 lane restricted in Decatur County for maintenance work

FAIRFIELD, Iowa – Aug. 27, 2008 – Maintenance activities on Interstate 35 in Decatur County will restrict traffic to one southbound lane until Friday morning, according to the Iowa Department of Transportation’s District 5 maintenance office.
The work zone runs between exits 18 to 22. The roadway will be returned to normal traffic after 9 a.m. Friday.
Use caution in the work zone. Obey all posted signs. Allow ample space between vehicles, minimize distractions and always wear your seat belt.
