Bridge maintenance restricts lanes on southbound I-35 in Decatur County

FAIRFIELD, Iowa – Nov. 24, 2008 – Bridge maintenance will restrict southbound Interstate 35 to one lane between exit 4 (U.S. 69) to exit 12 (Iowa 2) in Decatur County through tomorrow morning, according to the Iowa Department of Transportation’s (DOT) District 5 maintenance office.
The Iowa DOT urges motorists to use caution in the work zone. Obey all posted signs. Allow ample space between vehicles, minimize distractions and always wear your seat belt.
