Maintenance work restricts lanes on northbound U.S. 218/Iowa 27 in Henry County today

AMES, Iowa – Feb. 25, 2009 – Maintenance work will restrict lanes on northbound U.S. 218/Iowa 27 north of Iowa 16 in Henry County today, according to the Iowa Department of Transportation.
One lane of northbound U.S. 218/Iowa 27 is expected to be closed until late this afternoon as crews perform maintenance activities.
The Iowa DOT urges motorists to use caution in the area, obey posted signs, reduce distractions and always wear seat belts.
