Iowa DOT News Release

AMES, Iowa – Dec. 28, 2009; 5:30 p.m. update – Iowa Department of Transportation (DOT) road crews have been able to open all but one section of roadway following the snowstorm that began last week.

Massive snowdrifts continue to make Iowa 275 impassable from Tabor in Fremont County to the Missouri state line. The section of Iowa 275 from U.S. 34 to Tabor is now open.
