Proposed bridge replacement on U.S. 18 in Sioux County to be discussed


AMES, Iowa – March 15, 2012 – The Iowa Department of Transportation (DOT) will hold a public information meeting Thursday, March 29, to discuss the proposed bridge replacement on U.S. 18, over a small stream 0.8 mile west of Sioux County Road K-30 in Rock Valley.

The public is invited to attend the meeting anytime between 5 and 7 p.m. at the Rock Valley City Hall, 1507 Main St. 

This public information meeting will be conducted utilizing an open forum format. Iowa DOT staff will be present to informally discuss the proposed improvement. No formal presentation will be made.
