Iowa DOT offering land for sale in Dubuque
AMES, Iowa – Sept. 14, 2012 – The Iowa Department of Transportation is offering land for sale in Dubuque.
The 18,000 square foot tract of land is located along the north side of Curtis Street and west side of Bryant Street.
Bids are due by 1 p.m., Oct. 10, 2012. The appraised value of the land is $16,000. Terms of the sale is cash only.

The Iowa DOT acquires real estate for highway improvement projects statewide. Any excess property or property improvements may be disposed of during or after the project development process.
