COUNCIL BLUFFS, Iowa – Sept. 18, 2012 – The Iowa Department of Transportation will be closing the northbound Interstate 29 to westbound I-480 ramp (exit 53A), in Council Bluffs Wednesday and Thursday, Sept. 26 and 27, to make bridge repairs. DES MOINES, Iowa – Sept. 18, 2012 – Bridge work on the eastbound Interstate 80 to northbound I-35/80 exit ramp over Interstate 35 will require closing the ramp at 8 p.m. Friday, Sept. 21, until 6 a.m. Monday, Sept. 24, weather permitting, according to the Iowa Department of Transportation’s Des Moines Construction office. AMES, Iowa – Sept. 18, 2012 – The overpass on U.S. 59 that spans Iowa 92 near Carson, in Pottawattamie County, has been closed for repairs, according to the Iowa Department of Transportation’s District 4 Office in Atlantic.
