Proposed improvements along U.S. 63 in Poweshiek County to be discussed Feb. 25 in Montezuma
AMES, Iowa – Feb. 13, 2013 – The Iowa Department of Transportation will hold a public information meeting Tuesday, Feb. 25, to discuss the proposed improvements on northbound U.S. 63 north of Montezuma to just north of Interstate 80, as well as the reconstruction of U.S. 63 at the Interstate 80 interchange in Poweshiek County.
All interested persons are invited to attend this meeting anytime between 5 and 6:30 p.m. at the Memorial Hall, 205 E. Main St., in Montezuma. The meeting will be conducted utilizing an open forum format. Iowa DOT staff will be present to informally discuss the proposed improvements. No formal presentation will be made.
