Proposed culvert replacement on Iowa 175 to be discussed Aug. 7 in Lohrville


AMES, Iowa – July 28, 2014 – The Iowa Department of Transportation will hold a public information meeting Thursday, Aug. 7, to discuss a proposed culvert replacement along Iowa 175, 0.75 mile east of Calhoun County Road N-65. 

Traffic would be detoured during construction using Iowa 4 and Calhoun/Greene County roads E-19 and N-65. For more information, see the website listed below.

All interested persons are invited to attend this meeting anytime between 5 and 6:30 p.m. at the Emergency Medical Services Building, 710 Fifth St., in Lohrville. The meeting will be conducted utilizing an open forum format. Iowa DOT staff will be present to informally discuss the proposed improvements. No formal presentation will be made.
