Iowa DOT News Release

AMES, Iowa – July 21, 2015 – New signs are being installed on the Iowa 141 ramp to south bound Interstate 35/80 to help traffic use both lanes more effectively, according the Iowa Department of Transportation’s District 1 Office in Ames.

The new signage will encourage motorists to take turns at a merge point that is closer to the end of the second lane of the ramp, especially during peak traffic times.
