Forest City man pleads guilty to identity theft

ANKENY, Iowa – March 2, 2018 – Wendell Keith Hunter, 57, of Forest City, Iowa, pled guilty to identity theft and a related charge filed in October 2016 against him by the Iowa Department of Transportation.
