Marshall County treasurer’s office sets up shop in the Iowa DOT Driver Services Center

Posted on: July 26, 2018

MARSHALLTOWN, Iowa – July 26, 2018 –  The Iowa Department of Transportation partners with county treasurers’ offices all across our state, but last week’s tornado in Marshalltown has made our connection to the Marshall County Treasurer’s office staff even closer.

With the Marshall County Courthouse expected to be closed for up to a year, the Iowa DOT has opened up a space in the Marshalltown Driver Services Center, 2500 S. Center St. The county treasurer’s staff will provide vehicle registration and titling services from this location Mondays through Fridays from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.  Since the tornado, the county treasurer’s staff has been operating out of the Iowa DOT’s mobile DOT2Go in the parking lot of the service center.
