CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa – Sept. 11, 2018 – Beginning Monday, Sept. 17, Kansas Avenue, near the Interstates 80 and 380 Systems Interchange will be closed (see map) to make room for a new directional ramp from eastbound I-80, south to U.S. 218.
