Proposed improvements to Interstate 380 in Linn County to be discussed January 9, in Hiawatha

AMES, Iowa – December 19, 2019 – The Iowa Department of Transportation will hold a public information meeting Thursday, January 9, 2020, to discuss proposed improvements to I-380 and right of way needs at the I-380 and Tower Terrace Road interchange. The proposed improvements include adding an interchange at Tower Terrace Road.

All interested persons are invited to attend this meeting anytime between 5 and 6:30 p.m. at Hiawatha City Hall, 101 Emmons Street, in Hiawatha. The meeting will be conducted utilizing an open forum format. Iowa DOT staff will be present to informally discuss the proposed improvements. No formal presentation will be made.
