NEW HAMPTON, Iowa – Sept. 29, 2021 – A concrete pavement patching project on Iowa 281 over Poyner Creek, 2.3 miles north of Black Hawk County Road D-20, requires closing the roadway to traffic beginning on Thursday, Sept. 30 until the end of October, weather permitting, according to the Iowa Department of Transportation’s New Hampton construction office. AMES, Iowa – Sept. 27, 2021 – The Iowa Department of Transportation is requesting public input for proposed improvements on U.S. 20 from the U.S. 75/Iowa 12 Interchange in Sioux City to Little Whiskey Creek.
