Proposed interchange improvement on Interstate 35/80/235 to be discussed in West Des Moines on April 11, 2024
AMES, Iowa – Apr. 8, 2024 – Join the Iowa Department of Transportation for a virtual or in-person public information meeting to provide your input on the proposed interchange improvement on Interstate 35/80/235 (southwest mixmaster). The proposed project is scheduled to begin in 2026 through 2030. Traffic will be maintained by shifting traffic and by detouring ramp traffic.
In-person meeting:
When: Thursday, Apr. 11, 2024, anytime between 5 and 6:30 p.m.
Location: Learning Resource Center, 3550 Mills Civic Parkway, in West Des Moines
Description: You will be provided with information about the project, and you can talk through your ideas with our staff. There will be no formal presentation. The meeting space is accessible for people with disabilities. If you require more support at the meeting, please notify the contact listed below by Tuesday, April 9.
