Ames, Iowa – Jan. 11, 2023 – Today, the Iowa Transportation Commission approved $3,873,560 million in total funding for 8 projects from Iowa's Clean Air Attainment Program. The program was created in 1994 for the purpose of reducing transportation-related congestion and air pollution. AMES, Iowa – Jan. 11, 2023 – Today, the Iowa Transportation Commission approved $1,348,650 in total funding for five federal Recreational Trails Program projects. Iowa Transportation Commission approves FY 2024 Traffic Safety Improvement Program projects

AMES, Iowa – Dec. 13, 2022 – The Iowa Transportation Commission approved more than $330,000 in grant funding for one transportation infrastructure-related development project under the Linking Iowa’s Freight Transportation System (LIFTS) program.
