the proposed bridge replacements on Iowa 4 in Emmet County, approximately 1.6
and 2.5 miles north of Palo Alto County Road B-14.
Traffic
would be detoured during construction using Palo Alto County Road B-14, Palo
Alto/Emmet County Road N-26, and Emmet County Road A-34.
