Greenbelt Trail and Park (which is owned and managed by the City of Clive) is located at the southwest corner of 128th Street and U.S. 6/Hickman Road. The DOT needs 0.48 acre of permanent acquisition, 0.09 acre of permanent easement, and 0.52 acre of temporary easement for the widening and reconstruction project at that corner from the park property. The Iowa Division of the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) intends to make a de minimis impact finding in accordance with 23 CFR 774 as the project is not expected to adversely affect the activities, features and attributes of Greenbelt Trail and Park.

Please note, you will first need to register to view the online meeting. The online meeting allows you to scroll through the information at your own pace and at any time. The Iowa DOT is asking interested parties to take a few minutes to view the information and offer any feedback.
