Project description
The Iowa Department of Transportation is requesting public input for a proposed bridge replacement on Iowa 14 over Alloway Creek, located approximately 1.6 miles west of Iowa Highway 224 in Jasper County. The proposed project includes replacing the existing 74’ long steel I-beam bridge with a 115’ x 44’ single span PPCS bridge.
Construction of the project is expected to begin in 2023.
Through traffic on Iowa 14 will be detoured using Interstate 80 and Iowa 224. For more information, see the website listed below.
