Proposed bridge replacement on Iowa 93 over stream west of County Road V-68 in Fayette County

About the Project

Project description

The Iowa Department of Transportation is requesting public input for a proposed bridge replacement on Iowa 93 over a stream, 0.7 miles west of Fayette County Road V-68. The proposed project involves replacing the existing 30’ x 30’ steel beam bridge with a twin 12’ x 11’ x 90’ reinforced concrete box.

Construction of the project is expected to begin in 2024.

Through traffic on Iowa 93 will be detoured during construction using Fayette County Roads V-68, C-33, and V-62. For more information, see the website listed below.
