Draft Public Participation Plan
Our Office of Program Management has prepared a draft update of the "State Public Participation Process for Transportation Planning". This document was last published in 1997 and has been updated to include IDOT's current processes. Part of the process in adopting this document is that it be made available for public comment for a period of 45 days. Planning agencies are involved in the formal public input process. Transit systems are encouraged to review the draft plan and comment if appropriate. Comments are due back to Shawn Majors in Program Management by April 28th. His e-mail is [email protected].
